On a part or full time, short term basis, Tingleff & Associates provides hands-on management during periods of transition. The breadth of our experience allows us to immediately come up to speed in any start-up situation.

Tingleff & Associates manages client restructurings and liquidations, including cash management, creditor negotiations and bankruptcy filings, both pre-packaged and unplanned. We also serve as the Chapter 11 "responsible party" and post-confirmation "estate manager ".
